Exhibitions
When you visit the Textile Museum of Sweden, you’ll always find exciting, and sometimes unexpected exhibitions which are relevant to contemporary society. Starting out from the textile field, we explore history, modern society, and what may come to pass in the future in order to provide you with inspiring experiences and new knowledge.
On the Museum’s ground floor you can find the ‘Textile Power’ and ‘Clothes & Couture’ exhibitions. Our second floor hosts temporary exhibitions which change regularly and cover a wide variety of themes. They can be about anything from fashion and design to art, craft, industrial history, sustainability, and technical and smart textiles.
